MODELS

Any talent joining Looks Agency agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions and accept that they may be updated from time-to-time.

Looks shall make reasonable endeavours to obtain assignments suitable for the talent represented by the Agency although being place on the books does not guarantee regular work and the artistes are all self-employed and responsible for their own tax and NI payments.

Any campaigns booked through the Agency need to be completed through the Agency and this includes any extra usages that may arise.

Talent gives consent for Looks Agency to negotiate and agree on their behalf, any extra usages which may arise following any jobs secured even if this agreement has been terminated.

In consideration for the provision of its Services, Looks Agency shall receive a percentage of the total fee due from each job and is set according to the booking fee and this varies from 20% to 33.33%.

Looks will invoice the Client on the artiste’s behalf for work performed and expects to receive payment 30 days after the campaign has been completed. Looks Agency shall not be liable to the talent for any late payments by the client.

Overseas assignments may carry variations in fees due and Looks Agency will notify the talent of the fee as accurately as possible but there may be fluctuations due to currency conversion and bank charges which are not known until the time of payment. If necessary, Looks will be entitled to deduct further fees to cover VAT liabilities for EC clients, bank charges and/or administration costs.

Further information referring to the contract between the talent and Looks is also available on documentation sent to each artiste who have been confirmed as being represented by Looks Agency.
